Skyrim sink/cabinet notes take two

So I've been doing a loooot of research into this, skinflint that I am. Mostly it's that I have too many projects for the budget I have. Should I become independently wealthy, we can revisit it.. But till then, frugal I remain. 

I need just a few set things:

1. Must be 48" wide

2. Must be toe kick style, not that raised or on feet style cabinet

3. Must be able to go with cinnamon or reddish or dark brown colors. I can paint or stain.. And no cheapo cookie cutter housing crap.

This short list is apparently hard to fill.. For under 2k. I shopped everywhere, and it comes down to two options:

Redo my floors so I can use a footed cabinet

Or

Custom order something and shell out a minimum of $1800 starting, before looking at the top. 

I liked this a lot, it'll work. I think. If I run a base board flat up against the back of those feet to create a kick, it might work. 

And then I can use this top

So it looks like:

379- cabinet

189- top

19-side splash

30- drawer pulls (6 @ $5 ea)

15- drawer handles (3@ $5 ea)

250 faucet/hardware

( I think I have some scrap wood and stain to finish a kick out.. Not worried about figuring that in)
